How long do I have access to on-demand courses?
On-demand courses include at least 12 months of access from purchase. If we retire a course, we will provide notice and offer alternatives where possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, we provide refunds within 14 days if less than 20% of the course has been consumed. Contact support with your order ID.
Are live sessions recorded?
Most live sessions are recorded and added to your course within five business days. Some workshops may be excluded due to venue policies; we note this in the catalog.
What gear and supplies do I need?
We list tools and materials on each course page. Essentials include sharp pruners, floral tape, wire, buckets, and a work surface. Sustainable tracks favor chicken wire and kenzan over foam.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Complete required lessons and assignments to receive a digital certificate you can add to client decks and portfolios.
Is foam-free always possible?
Foam-free is our default. In rare edge cases (e.g., venue limitations), we teach clients and designers to adapt with minimal waste and safe alternatives.
Can I learn without prior experience?
Absolutely. Our beginner path covers mechanics, shape grammar, and color basics with feedback to accelerate your start.
